after digging into the "library" on the L2 website, i read about INT, MEN and WIT. My question is which one of these three will increase my skill reuse time?
are you sure though...cause for a definition of WIT it says: "Increases chance of magic critical hits, casting speed, resistance to Hold, resistance to curses (such as HP degeneration, decreased HP recovery rate, increased skill re-use time, and decreased effect of heals)."
i see increased skill reuse time on the definition, but its used in the context of "resisting the curse of increase skill reuse time"
