Kookaburra

I just hit lv24 (with Zaar of course, not Grazzt :p), so i thought "cool, let's get a Kookaburra for a change, i never got one" !
So i went to this Pet Manager dude in Gludio, but the first thing he asks me is to get him a Work Hammer, which is about 500.000 adena !!!
How the hell am i supposed to have 500.000 adena when i'm still barely in D-Grade ?
Or is there another way to get this Work Hammer than to buy it in the shop ?

I found a Work Hammer in a shop for <22k, but Lundy won't take it. How can I give it to him?

Prolly not the correct hammer. Sounds like you bought the common work hammer. Lundy will only take the real deal. In the town Lundy is in the work hammer costs about 370k.
