I just started making SSD and it has been tking huge chunks of time. I just need some advice on how to do this more efficiently, becuase for 4 to 6 hours have been sitting on my butt instead of hunting and I don't know if I have the patience for this. Please tell me there is another way?
Thanks in advance for any help
Make friends with a Shillien Elder or Elven Elder.
Ask them to become a battery for you.
dont
ill give you the same advice i give all new crafters
reroll and pick a better class
failing that at least dont craft dss, the profit per hour is a sick joke you could easily make more just hunting without SS and if you even knew how much you can make from manoring.... well you wouldnt be playing a dorf
if you have some sort of mental disability like me and are forced to make SS at least make B or A grade
im sure you think you cant make A or B because you are too low lvl but just take a spin around giran, do some maths and see where the real money lies
when i lvled up my SScrafterbot/giranWH WS to lvl55 i always had crystals and soulore with me when hunting... i used duals so no mp was used in fighting.. all mp went to crafting.
That way you get drops, XP, 'almost'the same craftingspeed (it feels faster) and perhpas even manor (never done that, EU time is not good for buying the crops so never bothered.)

a valid option since blunts and stun are so gimp
still doesnt make a crafter worth playing

I put up a craft store - I don't make as much of a profit as I used to, crafting BSS, ***, or SSS - but I only spend about a minute and a half of my own time.
If you insist on actually doing the crafting of the shots, your profit will be higher, but you spend a great deal more time on the project. I have 2 high level rechargers at my beck and call - and I still used to spend several hours per day crafting.
Profit doesn't even become worth the work until you are able to craft bss.
Or, instead of a craft store, you can buy and sell on your dwarf. After all, you have that extra slot in your store - put it to good use :D
Making DSS dose suck ill agree, but if u have the mentality to craft alot of it can be profitable. Ive made 40m just from dss crafting, getting a recharger helps loads :)
The real money for a dwarf comes from being in a clan, one that helps you level and supplies you with recipes so you can supply them with gear. Once you have the good recipes then you afk in Giran as a craft shop. I made a million night before last while I was sleeping.
This part is very important. I will sit in my craft store over night, without mp because everyone is crafting shots. BUT just ONE craft of a higher priced item overshadows everything I make from the shots.
These recipes are NOT easy OR cheap to get by yourself. Some of the A grade recipes drop, but if you wait for that to happen, you'll grow old.
It's not even easy being the second WarSmith in a clan - once the main or higher level WarSmith gets a recipe, people aren't likely to supply it to you.
A friend of mine bought a Majestic Boots recipe awhile back. He is still shy of making back the adena he spent for the recipe by crafting it.
Thank you all for your input I am not going to reroll I like the dwarf to much I guess it just comes down to tryiing to make the best of the situation. Again thank you.
I always have stuff to sell or buy, so when I'm in shop mode with my WS and can't hunt because I got no time or busy afk, I can at least use these mp to craft shots. And crafting stores must be very nice if you are away for a very very long time with the computer on.
So hurrah to crafters.
