Petition system down! Or dead already?

In-game petition system doesn't work for a good week or even more.
I wonder if NCSoft knows about it.
I wonder how long do you, NCSoft, plan to keep it down and why.
Also I wonder why we customers don't get any sort of announcement concerning this situation.

I used the petition system just two days ago making out a report, what do you mean it's been down for a week? :confused:

Since it never helped me anyway I say its been "down" for 2 years :/

The petition system does experience problems from time to time, but it should be up and running on all servers.

Yesterday (for me), 1pm EST (around 17 hours ago) petition concerning profession change quest got "Petition system unavailable" message.
