I can't remember specifics but I believe just about any of the ants in the nest work. I'm sure someone will correct me but that's where I hunted for them.
A lot of the mobs mentioned in any of the 2nd class changes that are in the ants nest are incorrect... it'll say soldier for instance but 2-3 other ants work just fine.
Hunt Ant Captain, Ant Worker and Ant Overseer. They are in first rooms of antnest. Ant Captain is aggro. You can recognize them by their color - you need to hunt those dark-dark-red (almost black), not those light red.
If you are going WS, then you can get Amber lump sometimes - register recipe you got from BS in gludin and break those lumps to 5 beads.
For BHs, you have to spoil those ants - they don't need to turn blue, but as long as you use spoil on them, rate is very high, like from every mob.

The NPC is just outside of the cruma entrance (on the left, as you face the entrance ramp) and the titan box is now on the first floor and fairly easy to get to without attracting aggro.
do you know where the titan box is i have spent ages looking
Head down the ramp from the Gatekeeper and turn right. You'll see a large room with exits on the left and right. Carefully work your way through the left exit. Follow that hallway until you reach an T-intersection and look left. You should see it.
Just got my warsmith to 55 so not that long ago I did the quests. God I hated them in the end, but mostly due to my own faults, lol.
Thank you i Have managed to find it, i had missed your previous post and have spent ages on the 2nd floor
After running the second floor for an hour, and dying 2 or 3 times, I got some high level friends to come clear the rooms.

Two hours later we still had´nt found the box, so we gave up for the day.
Next attempt I got some other high level friends down there. When we were just about to go in, someone else doing the quest guided us to the box.
I couldnt help laughing so hard that it was so easy to go to.
3-4 hours of running around wasted. still makes me giggle just thinking about it, lol
Also the mobs you had to kill outside for quest-items were dark blue to me so the droprate was insanely low. Again a few hours just to get them.
Then I had to petition because a recipe needed in one of the quests apparently "left" my inventory 1 min after I obtained it. According to the gm it had magically vanished from my inventory :confused:
Ended up getting a new one the next tuesday by the gm´s, go go bugs.
Ohh, and had a hell of a time findind the silenos, because I thought I had to kill the silenos in tanor canyon .. .. "Who the hell are required to kill red mobs in a quest ?? " I kept thinking to myself. So died twice trying to kill a few. Got a 50+ buffer/healer to help, almost died a few times anyway, and didnt get any drops, so made a question out here on the boards.
