I am dissapointed the fishing tournament has not started yet, when it was supposed to come in C5. I was looking forward to this and this has let me down........ is NC soft going to activate it any time soon???

You talking about the fishing thing to win the Hot Springs CH? Thats only half fishing... you fish for ticket thingies, and the top 5 (or is it 6) clans who get the most tickets get to compete for the CH. Thats working now....

I dont remember any other mention of a fishing tournament in the C5 patch notes.

Hey its only been down 3 months they are right on top of it.

Only took them 7 months to get the wishing potion quest working right after they took it down :(

Is the competition working in Korea, I wonder? If not, I would have thought that it would be fixed for the next major update.

I'm sorry to inform you that it has been decided that I am already the king fisherman. They decided to not even bother holding the contest to keep everyone else from feeling bad. :)

either way just shows how bad NCSoft Korea is at fixing things.

From what i found out it hasnt been working in Korean since May either.

From the Chronicle 5 notes:

Fishing King Championship Tournament Event

The Fishing King Championship Tournament event has been added, and gives an award to the person who catches the biggest fish. This event is held at special times and will be announced when it begins.

Hopefully that indicates it's a special event. :) I don't have any news about when the tournament will begin, but I'll let everyone know when it's coming up.
