ok maybe i missed it in the patch notes but it seems dwarfs can now hold over 50% weight and not get a weight penalty

no i dont have the blessing or ee buffs

anyone else notice it?
You can't, eg most common armor for dwarves at A grade is Tallum Heavy

it comes with 5000 or so carrying papcity, and yes yoru mastery affect it so you can more or less carry 20k more.

Up to about 56% or so.
That's pimp, I didn't know that weight bonus stacked with tallum heavy...
Some armor sets have weight bonus increase like Maj set and so on..

yes yoru mastery affect it

Does it also affect Decrease Weight effect?
wow, thought this was a new "skill" for dwarfs from the interlude and your were complaining. Glad I read it and I was wrong.

Yeah it do, as that buff is a % of your carrying capacity, not sure how high it is thought but it's the same deal.
oh snap lol
yeah i just threw on my tallum heavy last week, didnt realize it effects the point at which you go overweight and not your actual weight limit (actually i completely forgot the set added extra weight :P)
Yep comp heavy has it too, I can carry a gazillion shots on my BH.

That is how both armor bonus and decrease weight work. Neither alters your carrying capacity or decreases your actual weight, they only affect the weight value that is plugged into the equation to determine weight penalty. So 52% weight will normally give a penalty but if you put on an armor that does -5000 weight, you'll still be 52% but no penalty (assuming 5000 is more than 2% weight for you).
