I'm trying to get online but I can't.I've created an account at "my account",I've added L2 at my games,I've put the 20 digit psw and I'm ready to play.So I start the game and it asks for my account name and my psw...and I don't know how to create that psw.can anyone tell me...?
1. Click on the My Account button on the left side of this site.
2. Log into your PlayNC master account.
3. Click on Account Details for lineage2 on the games list.
4. Click Reset Password.
5. Enjoy.
thanks man but...I've done this and it still refuses to log me in...It says that the psw does not match this account...So i guess i'm not doing anything wrong.What should I do? :(
Have you started actually paying the subscription? This is not like Guild Wars where you only need the CD key. You need a CD key, which you say you already have, and you have to pay monthly or however often you want to pay.
My situation is different though...I have a trial version of the game which gives me two weeks playing for free.So i have the cd with the game and the 20 digit password but don't need to pay for two weeks.I added the game to my account at plaync and it writes (as it should normally do) that it is a trial version and that it will expire at 15 of december.So untill now it's all done correctly but it still doesn't allow me to log in the game after all.I have changes my game password at least 5 time and nothing.I've checked at the support section for any informations but didn't find anything specific.So I don't know what else to do...it simply doesn't log me in...
It says his password is wrong, that doesn't sound like a DNS problem...
I hate to say this but if you played a private server, make sure you fix your hosts file...

I was playing on another server...I found my hosts file but I have no idea how to change it with the official one.Some help with this?:P
so what's the big deal man...half of the world was,is or is gonna be playing at free servers.Not anyone can afford paying for playing.I don't have money to pay my rent on time...Anyway i stopped long time ago playing at free servers but that's not the point here.The hosts from that time has remained changed.But i changed it in the end.I can log in now...prob solved.Thank you all for your help :)
well I odnt care who plays on private servers. but im pretty sure what the EULA says about it, and stating you are playing on a private serve rin the forum can make them look into it? or maybe not... just wanted to kill some time post some posts ;)
fact is after the closeing of 2 of the major private servers we will see an influx of ps ppl coming to official
as long as they obey the eula from now on im glad to have them
and i dont think admitting it on the forums matters since nc would be glad to have them too
