Nuker in general, sure. But cast speed is a very very good thing for SH since they have Body to Mind. More cast speed lets you cast it more so you get more mp. So if you solo alot like I would in hunting grounds where herbs drop (usually hp herbs with B2M) then you will have no downtime and all that cast speed will keep you alive when you get more than 1 mob at once. Thus Karmian set is still good for SH, but any other nuker, id stick with Demon set.
I have a 37 Dark Wiz going to be an SH, and i planned on having Karmian set and a Homu-acumen. Then I learned about the Ecliptic Sword and Axe new with C5 that isnt on official site listing yet. They are caster weapons stronger than Homu with good Special Abilities. No acumen but Sword does have empower so im going with that and Demon set cuz i like setups to go 1 way or the other.

Yeah except at 40, you can get +4 WIT ( 5 even if you want to get that far ) Acumen weapon, both that togeter stack up to 35% casting speed more then at C grade, Sure if you get demon set you sure iwll lose 5% of that cast speed and if you had karmian you gain 15% more.
Thoght the damage difference between karmian and demon is about 8-9% damage, who culd translate to about being able to one shot mobs or not, 1 shot mobs = 1 nuke per mob is saving mana mad.
And the difference about BTM wont' be that big, your still limited to HP, sure you can drain it back but drain also cost a lot of MP more.
For tattoos
You would definately want
+4 int +5 wit and -8 men Boils down to
+4 int - 4 men
+4 wit - 4 men
+1 wit -2 men (because this is cheaper for the same effect)
I dont recommend +5 on a nuker tat cuz its a waste of hp. All casters can get +4 con. instead of +1 more on something else. +5 on healers is ok cuz they cant touch thier int. and +5 wit on rezzes makes a huge difference.
Same thing with fighters. +4 wit gives resistence to curses. Only thing worth +5 is dex for that extra run speed in PVP

I totally agree with this, plus if you're a nuking class with Curse Death Link, the extra hp from the +4 con will equate to extra damage.
Either set up is good.
CDL is rarely used by people who are squemish about dying.
I'm a necromancer so cast speed and matk are both more important than a + to con.
I haven't solo'ed in a long time but I imagine + con would benefit more in solo situations where as the +1 to wit or int would be more beneficial in parties.
Then of course the +1 affects the human mystic very differently than the dark elf.
If I had to choose + int would definately benefit more as a dark elf since they get the most bonus out of int.
OK i agree that demon's is the best set for a SH but many in game ppl said that SHs are for PvP and they should get karmian seta and others said that demon's set is for Phantom Summoners who are capable of PvE .I'm very confused with all that....can i have some assistance again plz?
Chances are you probably don't want to pvp at L40 anyway... you'll get rolled. Demon's set is very good for levelling. Naturally this also depends on what kind of support you'll have. If you have a recharger, demon's for sure and you won't need to B2M much. If you don't have a recharger then Karm is nice so you can cast b2m faster as was mentioned.
There's no real right or wrong answer here, so don't feel bad. It's personal preference. Also look into what you can afford... demon's tends to be more expensive than karm. Perhaps you can buy one (try to find a nice deal), try it out and save up for the other and sell the first set.
Well it depends alot on what mobs you will solo on. If demon makes the mobs go from 3hit to 2hit or 2hit to 1hit then wear demon. Now if demon does not make it where u can save an extra nuke then wear karmian for the extra cast speed. But demon is usefull all the way to 78 for soloing espically if u cant afford A grade.
