i found the answer!

i couldnt find the origonal post on the #923 yet i found out why it's banned!
apparently, it was because chinese gangs used numbers for gang names, and 923 was particularly nasty (?)
that's what my dad told me :p

also maybe bad luck and something to do with a gm command but we will never know for sure

lol anyway, Adam "Rust" Davidson cleared this up in an interview I did with him. 923 means nothing :P

It's just a random filtered object, a joke around the office :P he say's there are other things filtered too and that you should try to find those :P but i like this one hehe
