Seen that before, but there is something that could be real and its a video of an asian guy playing the game with a videocamera behind him and clearing the game. Not sure how fast he was but i guess not as fast as this one.
There is also a lovely video on the net of a guy playing super mario songs on a piano, that one rocks.

That video isn't all it seems. It's being played as a rom, and the guy slowed it down to one frame a second for the play through. Once he finished he sped it back up to normal speed. You can find a whole bunch more at http://tasvideos.org/.
No its not a bot, its probably a TAS (tool assisted speedrun)
Basiclly using an emulator and using savestates and restart the game if you died so it looks like you never stopped :)
Yep it is a TAS video. I like the one where the guy beats Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past in like 4 minutes. Metroid in 9 minutes is a close second.
