My now lvl 40 SO would like to become an SE, but Mirien will not let me.....she says "quest only availble for wizards and elven wizards.
I also get told I must be level 52 to learn new skills.....I am only level 40 and the message has been happening since I learned the last level 35 skill.
seems to me something is wrong.......I also can not find the NPC to give my Travelers Spellbook back to.......
