Lvl 68 SpS... where to grind? and other ?'s

ok guys my buddy and I switched toons for a while, he wanted to play bd and I wanted to play a mage...

So ive been using his SpellSinger lvl 68 and I have a few questions..

#1 - Should I macro spells together? and if so, which ones?
#2 - I have a strider, lvl 55 star, should I ride him or not bother?
#3 - Where can I one hit kill mobs while not draing too much aggro, yet staying in a pretty good grouping? I ike to solo btw...
#4 - at level 68, what would be the premium gear set up, please be specific as abbreviations kinda fly over my head for this class....

#1 - no. macros cause a slight delay. you'll get it all done faster and safer if you just do it yourself.

#2 - only if there's no port to where you want to level. you can't equip a weapon on a strider, so you can't fight while you're on him.

#3 - Forest of The Dead, if you're careful. Blazing Swamp, if you're not.

#4 - Dark Crystal Set/Sword of Miracles w/ acumen, for pure cast speed set up. Nightmare Set/Sword of Miracles w/ magic power for pure Magic Attack set up. Mix and match for interesting variation.

(Disclaimer: I give you both setups because there are some VERY differing opinions about which is better, matk, or cast speed. Take your pick, both are good setups. It'll depend on which you personally prefer.)

your not going to 1 shot mobs at 68 spellsinger for decent xp, best place to go would be fod, 2 shot, with dark crystal and som acumen

#1 - Macro's are slower than just pressing the button most of the time.

#2 - If you are bored, go for it.

#3 - Forest of the Dead is pretty decent at that level if Valley of Saints is too low, it's by Rune.

#4 - Dark Crystal Robes & Majestic Jewels & Sword of Miracles with Acumen on it.

Ah I see FOD = forest of dead... chances are im ******ed lol

cuz majestic robe is -1 int. sps damage is already low, don't want to lower it any more.

fod = forest of the dead

Because DC gives:
P. Def. +8%
Casting Spd. +15%
Speed +7
Small decrease in chance of spell interruption
Paralysis Resistance +50%
WIT +2 (wit affects casting speed, this adds even more % on)
MEN -2


While Majestic gives:
MP +240
Casting Spd. +15%
MP Regeneration +8%
Stun Resistance +50%
MEN +1
INT -1 (this lowers your matk)


While Majestic is okay if you're running into MP problems I guess, Dark Crystal is better because it has several attributes which increases the speed in which you can plow through mobs.

If you have a SE around that lvl go to devasted castle, you wont find better XP anywhere else, i know i tried FOD, and it was to tuff still at 68, you need to wait till you hit 70 to go to FOD.

Basically for best XP, your Sps will always have to be in a duo with an SE to keep him rechrged.
If you have a out-of-party prophet to tag along with you, that would be the perfect setup.

Gear is xpensive, som +3 with acumen, Majestic Jewl set and dc set = alot of money on lionna.

fod is doable for a spellsinger from about 56-77

Soo I assume i gotta find that ****ed bs of mammon to unseal this dc robe right?
