This depends on how you play them IMO. If they are just buffers then it's not all that important. However, if they are active in the party, ie. Battle SE, then a top grade weapon will be very usefull to them. I see from your sig that only the PP is level 40. A good top C weapon with either manu up or acumen will be effective here. The higher the m atk the more likely skills will land.
