Skill Mastery for Storm Screamers - Mistryl??

I'll be going back to level my main class soon so was refreshing myself on the 3rd class skills and was surprised and dismayed by the description I read on Skill Mastery (level 77 skill).

When this skill first came out in the description it said that it was influenced by INT which makes sense. Now, it says it is influenced by STR. Why is a 3rd class mage skill influenced by STR? INT is the primary stat for DE mages so it is beyond me why this would be changed to STR.

Is this an error in the skill description or is it in fact true? If so, it must be virtually worthless and a waste of SP.
It is, if it is still broken, worse than a waste of SP. I wouldn't touch the skill with a ten foot pole, and I don't think anyone feels like ruining a third class character just to find out if it's fixed yet.
um, for those of us, like me, that are completely in the dark here. Would you explain why?

Thank you
It used to be that it increased not only the effect of the debuffs you used... but also of those you received. People were getting stunned for 20 seconds at a time or something stupid like that.

OMG!

that being the case I completely understand your post! That is totally broken! and not in the good way!

it still does, and focus skill mastery (sag 78 skill) increases that chance by 1000x... lol...

lol
im kinda glad its bugged since thats anouther 13 mil towards the sp im short atm
you have to be crazy to get skill mastery as a dorf anyway, ive only once seen a full dwarf stun in pvp (8 seconds) so theres no way someone would be stunned for double that while you hit them at least
on the other hand being paralized for about a minuet sounds like fun :/
