Player Titles?

This may be a silly question but I've been wondering how players set those notes above their names? For instance some will say "rec me plz" or some witty statement or nickname. How do they set these?

Now? Been that way since it came out. I hate rec beggars.

Dont know if it was true or not. But I heard back before this latest patch it decreased your chances of dropping. Never wanted to test it to see if it was true. Now we cant drop anyway...so...yes...Now. :cool:

Not too long -- you can join a level 3 clan, as Elrohir mentioned, and the clan leader or officers can give you a special title. Good luck!

In Lineage1 having a blue name decreased your chances of something bad happening, I've been told, and had a greater meaning to the community over all (again, so I've been told). Seems L1 lacked the rec-beggars and other tools that our game seems to be rife with.

The blue name is usually a status thing saying you have met some people. It can and is abused, and usually when we see a white name in all S grade gear asking how to get out of the MDT, we are reminded of sailing.

Doesn't really mean anything though, I do remember the idiots paying 10k a rec...
