Enchanting Spoil

I was hunting with a high lvl BH in IT the other day and he spoiled everything, like 95% of everything there. I am lvl 75 so I am the best spoil (besides spoilcrush) and my spoil rate is like 50% at best there. He said he had +7spoil.

My question is, does enchanting spoil increase spoil rate success? I should of asked that BH. If it doesnt, does it just lower mp cost(which would suck)?

Yes, up to lv 9

Every skill act actually like this, basicly as if you would learn spoil at this lv
Lv 1 = 76
Lv 2 = 77
Lv 3 = 78
....
lv 9 = 85
Lv 10 = 76

And yeah you see it correct, if yo uget it to +10.... it reset to 76, a bug.

Weeee, tyty...thats suck good news. Im playing my nuker sub but now I wanna lvl my dwarf to 76^^
