Can someone tell me in which location i should fish and what lv to fish the pirate eye patch recipe?

as fat as i know any and all should be good..its really aluck of the draw when fishing..but i honestly dont look for paterns when i fish..so i very well may be wrong :D

The recipes are not gained from fishing, they are gained from clan halls. Ask around for a recipe if you can. The materials to make it come from fishing though.

On a personal note: bad design decision to make all common crafting recipes available to clan hall owners only if you ask me.

You can also get some recipes by exchanging colored scales for them. Ask your local fishermen guild member about options avaible to you.

i totaly agree...but since C5, when they added the ability to trade colored scales for them, at least they ahve become more readily available..though the colored scales are, imo, still rough to get..right up there with the average 300 fish gems and 250 shiny fish gems... :confused:

This issue and the increasingly low rate of fish giving actually reward makes me want to quit fishing completely.

I agree.

The whole fishing for EVERY COMMON CRAFT item or rec is silly. Why would the Fisherman guild know anything about making Feather Hats?

And why give Clan Halls so much MORE influence?

Back on subject (had to vent, sorry) m(__)m;

Since the actual documentation given by the game itself and the website are so shallow can anyone recommend a site that explains fishing in more detail? Like colored scales and stones. Are they for any level, skill, grade fisherman to catch? Special bait needed? Locations? Or is it all random?

Think u get the coloured at night. And depending on your fishing expertise u catch dif fish, like white black.
