Considering this server probably has the highest population I was hoping for a little insight.
I was wondering what you all think is the best tattoo setup for a HE. Is it even benificial to put tats on them? Should I fill all three tat slots, or just one?
ive seen them go -con +str +dex
ive see n them go -con + dex
ive seen them leave it alone. though the numbers of +/- is up to your personal testing. best if you get ingame and ask some high lv HE you see runing around hehe.
