Redeem Bills of Iason Heine

I've done this before, most recently maybe 2 weeks ago. I tried to redeem some more yesterday. As memory serves, these are redeemed with the Head Blacksmith in Heine. However, I could get no dialogue with this bugger that would lead to redeeming the Bills. Can anybody help?

Must be a bug. I haven't done this quest recently, but once you visit the blacksmith in heine, it should give you the dialogue on the quest.

i'll check when i get home tonight.

check and make sure you still have the original quest from Iason in your list. i traded some in a couple days ago, worked fine.

Same thing happened to me, spoke to blacksmith but was no text for me to trade with him.

If you have the Bills and not just the Barrels of League, Head Blacksmith Roman should give you an option to redeem then.

If you had accidentally deleted the quest, the bills would disappear, so that can't be it.

If you have bills and can't get Roman to give you a redeem option, send in a petition. Something is wrong.

If you have bills and you can't redeem them you don't have the quest active. I have had this happen before.

the bills dont dissapear if you delete the quest, only the barrels and the fangs dissapear.

Fairly certain that you need to have the quest 'active' to redeem the bills. After all, you need to click the 'Quest' link on the Blacksmith to get the 'View Exchange List' option.

Just walk over to the Guard (He's like 5 feet away from the BS shop) and re-activate the quest. Trade in your bills and then abort the quest if you don't need it anymore.
