I'm new to the game and would like to know if there's a macro I can make where it equips my Dagger & Shield at the same time? Like when I click on my bow icon it automatically equips both my Bow & Arrows. However when I click on my Dagger it just equips my Dagger and not my Shield.
If you drag your dagger and your shield to the hotbar you can than make a Macro that will equip them, but there will be a slight delay. Here's something else, don't use a shield with dagger because the shield takes away from evasion and daggers have high evasion so you'll want to capitalize on it. The only time people would use a dagger and shield are for Orc mystics or summoners who like to melee with their pets.
I would recommend expanding your hotbar and putting your weapons on one of the extra bars so you can manually click them. The macros are not reliable for this, and PvP is a bit rough if you try to beat the enemy with your fists.

Try the macro I showed yeah :) more realible then the icons as you can click em twice and ups, deuiped a weapon, that macro aka /equip never dequip items just equip.
Lets say i put the armor n shield on the # 10 toolbar, then create the macro like you posted.
If i go back to tollbar 1 n copy my macro to one of those slots, will it still work?
or do i have to basically be on the # 10 tool bar to get the macro to work ?
Good suggestion. I'm gonna try that. I have different armor sets and didn't use /equip (I just dragged the hotbar icon into the macro). In any case if I press the macro with the armor on it takes it all off, which in some cases is good. But a few days ago I accidentally clicked it twice when I pulled a big train of mobs in GC and got stunned while naked and subsequently killed LOL.
I use a similar macro to exchange my all my armor and weapon to another armor set and weapon.
I find it quite relaible, although I dont know if this macro can be "interupted". It takes less than a second to change all my gear, so its quite a bit faster than manually doing it. Anyone know if it can be "interupted"?
Ive dragged the icons from my inventory into an un-used toolbar (#5 for my case). make the macro by dragging the items form your toolbar to the macro (no need for typing).
Ive put the macro in my #1 toolbar.
make a second macro wo switch back to previous gear.
Macros can only be interrupted by the player if they click the mouse or press a key. Macros can not be intertupted by mobs, NPCs, or other players attacking you.
I can't tell you how many times in PvP I've been impatient, clicked a macro to, for example, switch to blunt, stun, switch back to main weapon, and then press a hotkey to use a skill before the macro finished. Several times this resulted in me wearing only partial armor or wielding the wrong weapon. It's rather comical.
