After my best OE sales month ever (thanks in large part to the huge influx of free and/or cheap weapon scrolls during the Squash event), I am in the market for a Queen Ant Ring. The problem? You can't test drive it. For my adena, I'd like to know just exactly what I'm getting.
Is it worth it? Does the increase to crit damage and other bonuses merit such an expensive purchase? Is it really a 60% increase to crit damage and 40% hold resistance???
If you happen to own a RoQA or know someone who has used it, please advise. Also, please let me know which class the RoQA was used with. Thanks.

If you can afford it and are a solo DD class who doesn't group often or a pvp lover, get it before the news of DW and Dance of Fire nerf in Interlude spread around and drive the prices up crazy :)

I had already thought that 650mil for this ring was crazy....

The stats on the ring are:
Resistance to poison +60%
Resistance to hold +40%
Accuracy +2
Critical damage +15%
They do it in advance as self defense ... if they do not do it, there will be at least one troll moaning "yeah sure ebayer who does not know how to use money" or something.
I just love how people have to explain where they got their money. no need. we all know you must have done it legitimately. I mean for real

And then there are the trolls that don't care there is already a reason listed in an attempt to be proactive and post some stupid sarcastic drivel anyway....if you said that you had 800 mil on week 2 of the new Franz server...well that might deserve a snide comment...to say you have 800 mil 3 years after the server was released? If you're hard core enough to need a RoAQ and you don't have at least a few hundred mil then you either just bought another S grade weapon after you blew your old one up, or you're playing like a dufus.
On another note....
Commander Keen ftw!
And back on topic: In the words of my newest framer, "It friggin rocks man! I mean it really friggin rocks!"
It's definatly worth it if the rest of your gear is top gear.
And i'm a money making machines in this game. If you don't know how to make money in this game yet after 2+ years playing you are bad at lineage 2. I turned 400 mil into 1.4 bil this previous month; kinda helps when you completely control EAS & Tateossian Jewlery sold in town.
Once you get a good chunk of money it's easy to double & triple it. Getting a zaken earring drop from a red doesn't hurt either ^_^
A friend of mine has one, he's using it as a archer.
I FINALLY got my hands on one, after someone bought the last two that were on sale before I could get to them. I used it on my HE and AW last night and yes, it IS worth it. I can't wait until I get to S grade and a Draconic Focus bow, which I'll start crafting now.
