PlayNC Problem

I petitioned in-game and was told to submit my petition via the plaync site. However, after logging in to the support section and filling out my ticket, it takes me to a dead link when I click to submit (tried 4 times on two different computers). How the heck am I supposed to get any support like this; is there some alternate means of communicating with the higher ups around here? Smoke signals? Semaphore perhaps? Help please

Were you using the "Ask a Question" link on this page (http://www.plaync.com/us/support/prod_10.html)? Is it still giving you an error?

I just submitted a question as a test and it went through. Can you tell me what the text for the dead link says please?

all it was giving me was "page cannot be found" and a link back to the plaync main support page. click on that, id go through submitting my petition again, and then back to the same non-existent page. felt like i was stuck in some matrix looper or something.

i'm at work now and can't access the plaync site; i'll try it again when i get home this evening. ty mistryl, hopefully i can get through then.

If you are using Firefox or another browser, try with MSIE. I have had similar issues and that fixed it :)

If that doesnt work, as a last resort, maybe try emailing to [email protected] - that has worked for me before. (Mistryl will tell us if that's not ok im sure :)

Not a good suggestion, since many people abhor IE and refuse to even leave it installed on their computers. If PlayNC is using IE specific functionality, it's not the smartest thing to do.

tried it again, still getting the same thing. i am using IE btw. i suppose i'll try the email address. hopefully i'll make some progress with that. =/

edit: got through with the email address (thank you!); now i just have to hope i get a response sometime soon. :)

It does work fine in Firefox as long as you allow java script for Plaync.com.
