Dye for HE

So I got back on my HE last night after 1year. I dont remember abything about that calss...can i get some good info on HE from you guys..

His lev50. can you guys give me info on armor ( C,B ,A ) on dye's and was the best place to lev HE....Some info on the class will help.

+5STR +4DEX for PVE.. you can easily drop the +4Dex if you PVP as well.

Plated leather is good until 76.. or you can go with Doom or BW at B-grade, but I'd stick with Plated until at least A-grade and get DC or Majestic. Majestic is better for PVP.
