Ok well i'm most likely going to go Warlock with my human. Hes 23 at the moment. Ya i got a while to go. Well i wanted to know about warlocks. Like what can their summons do? How you should level a summoner. And if i should use summons at this low of a level. I used the search button but didn't seem to find anything that really helped me.

i would pretend you're a nuker until 40 for sure, and probably a bit longer if you're looking for the fastest exp possible. after that theres quite a few different ways to level as a summoner :P you can send the cat out to tank and throw nukes from behind while using caster's gear... you can get light armor and duals and run around beating on things with him... can use a bow same way as nuking, although thats a lot less effective since the bow nerfs... or you can sit and make the kitty run around doing things and be lazy, which is a little less productive but awfully funny to watch :P
You can use summons at this level, if your going to I would suggest using Kat as he only takes 30% xp. You can use him to attack while you stand back and nuke and he can also recharge your mp. If you want to make a little extra adena, you can grind on stuff that you can kill without using shots. So you can keep all the drops. If you let Kat do most of the work and just nuke a bit, you should be able to stay out in the field a lot longer. It's a pretty boring grin though. Main thing is get to level 40 and make the class change. Everything changes at that point. Most people just nuke thier way to 40 without using the servitors much though. You will have to use him for your level 39 quest. Your summons has to do al the work in that quest. Make sure you use the walkthru in stratics. It will save you a lot of time.
Oh!, If you want to really increase your kill rate and you don't care about cost.....get beast shots for your summons. Increases the hit power a lot. Beast shots can be purchased from any pet manager. There is a pet manage in every town.
Once you get to lvl 40 and make the class change a number of things change for you. For one you will be able to summon and unsummon your servitors at will. You will still do a lot of tanking for you servitor for a few levels until he gets more powerful. You will be able to nuke still for about 3 levels or so, then you will start getting failures or just not hitting hard enough anymore. At that point you will want to trade in your mage weapon for a good melee weapon. A good sword and shield will work nicely.
Remember that this class can be a bit expensive to run but I think it's worth it. I really have a lot of fun playing mine. Also, with the new summon friend skill, I find that I'm getting a lot of parties now that I would not have gotten before. The party does not have to leave the hunting ground/area for replacements, I can just summon them in. So I have been in DVC and TOI a lot lately. That skill comes at lvl 56, so you have a ways to go yet..
You will be able to solo successfully in places that others can't because of the servitors and the self buffs that you have for them. Also, if you hunt in areas where the herbs/pots drop, your servitor now gets them too. They split the herbs buff pots now, you each get the effect for 60 seconds instead of just you getting them for 2 minutes. This will also increase your staying time in the field. Kai hits pretty hard and even with him taking 10% xp you will still level fast due to your kill rate. Your cubics will be your friend, especially the binding cubic. This one para's the target when it lands and the para lasts 30 seconds. There are not too many mobs that are close to your same level that you can't kill in 30 sec's!
Dam! Almost forgot. Your level 56 servitor, Queen of Cats, drops from a level 39 mob of all things. So when you get to around 35-38 you will want to go to Heine and hunt in the Field of Whispers. The mob you are looking for is called the Farhite. If you wait until 55 to go get the book you will be too high level and not get the drop.
Summon Binding cubic drops from the Hatu Windsus in the Bee Hive.
Summon Kai the Cat drops from the Liangma, on the second floor of Cruma Tower, be carefull there. Some nasty aggro in the area.
Summon Storm Cubic drops from the Manashen Gargoyles in the crater of Ivory Tower.
Your servitor buff books drop in Enchanted valley from several different mobs. Liele, Fline Elder.
Servitor Cure drops from the Vault Priest in Necropolis of Worship (Aligator Island)
