Hi, I am making a new clan and I plan to delevel in order to get sp faster. Is there a limit as to how much I can delevel? Will I lose my skills?

So that I understand completely. I am level 61, If I delevel all the way to 51, will I have my skills at that point? Thanks
Yes. 10 levels is the limit. This is based on the level the skills are learned at NOT the maximum level of your character.
Thus in your example, if you learn all skills at level 60, but level up to L61, you can delevel down to L50 without losing any skills. (Skills being learned at 60 then 62. - No skills at 61.) You WILL lose any grade mastery skills as soon as your level is below the minimum however. As soon as you drop down to L49 however you will lose any&all L60 skills you may have learned.
if you plan to go the full 10 levels be sure to leave an error margin... dont go down to 1%, stop at 10-20% so theres room for bad pulls, pks, lagdeaths, falling through giran's streets and getting stuck underwater for an hour while the GMs dont answer.... >.> bad stuff can happen!
