First, where do you even see a pvp score since most of the screen is taken up with the skills?
Second, Koreans almost NEVER pvp outside of sieges and arenas. This is why I laugh at ppl that think ppl here are carebear unless they have 1k pvp score. The ppl that flame anyone with less then 1k pvp score would have a heart attack from looking at 99% of the koreans that don't even break triple digits.

i havent broken double digits, in fact i dont even have 1 pvp or 1 pk.
Never said there was anything wrong with that. You pay to play this game your way and more power to you if you can uphold to your playstyle in the midst of the chaos called L2. :D
I just laugh at the ppl that flame that sort of thing.
All it really takes is committing your life to L2. When I was playing 50-60 hours a week I leveled like a madman. I focused on grinding, limited my non-hunting time, and did everything in my power to maximize exp. It is very possible if you change your playstyle, but then everyone else thinks you're antisocial, just before they think your botting or sharing your account. :p
If you took the population of all of the NA servers, and compressed it into 2 servers, you would then have the (admittedly rumoured) population of Giran on any Korean server.
From what I am led to understand, groups happen in Korea... all the time... clan, alliance, pick-up, whatever... *all* *the* *time*. If you spend no time LFG, and are getting invites to parties as soon as you log in for your 8-12 hour daily play session, then levelling isn't as hard.
Let's also look at the odd gear this character has... lot of OE skills, sealed shield. Why? The Shield isn't important, the skills were. I would hazard to guess that this player knew exactly what he or she was doing while levelling this toon, and concentrated only on what was important. Probably never bothered with a pet, skipped the quests that didnt maximise reward for the risk, and also most likely dropped groups for better groups like changing socks.
Though I still stick with the grouping idea... in a place where no one worries about having "the perfect party", where there are always groups LFM, where you can spend 7.75 hours out of an 8 hour play session XPing... it's not as hard as you might think.
Oh, and, yes, the Koreans don't PvP outside of the seige-field, as has been said many times. You don't worry about griefers or gankers, which is why the karma system existed as it did, and still does to some extent. Being a murderer (which is what a Chaotic is, at heart) isn't meant to be cool, karma is a punishment.
Personally, I love the current party situation.
Partying with random people is all fine and dandy, but finding a clan with people you are so close to you LOVE to party with them is soooo much more fun.

No.
They are more but there are also more servers. 30+ in fact.
So based on their player reports u can deduce we're about 2300 per server when they're 2700 or so. Not a big difference.
Pardon me if it's +/-200 on each figure but I take it you understand the point.
There aren't any server capable of handling 30k ppl.
Servers handle 3k or so. So the difference ain't that big. Even if the playing habits are way different.
