Everytime I try to log in. I get passed the character screen and start loading the actual game and bloop, error! Error is as follows...
Insufficient Memory.
Please check the Virtual Memory Option and avilable hard drive space.
You can check them by going to : Control Panel->System->Advanced->Performance->Settings->Advanced->Virtual memory.

My Memory is fine. Still sitting at 1.00G. Any tips?
you try logging a toon on the same account?
sometimes you just crit at a place and cant log back in, gms usually move the toon
i have no idea, but you might get better/more responses in the tech support section :p good luck fixing it!
If all else seems to fail, run scandisk (Do NOT run the surface scan) then defrag the drive. (Even is it says the disk doesn't need it.) Finally, do a 'full check' at the L2 startup screen. (Not the login screen.)
It's not about operating memory, but virtual memory (so called swap). Unreal engines like to eat pretty much swap space, so does L2. Check if you have swap turned on in windows (path to check it is in that error itself). If not, turn it on and set it to value that equals a least 2.5 times of your physical memory amount - e.g. if you have 1 gig RAM, set to either "Windows decides" (slower, but most recommended safe setting) or 2.5GB solid swap space. For the latter option I recommend defrag your partition where it swaps before turning this option on (usually C:); or dedicate small few gig (4-5) partition for swap only, so windows won't need to seek throughout the whole disk for scattered swap clusters.

Also close as many unnecessary programs before running L2 as possible, and check your startup options if there are not programs loaded on start you really do not need to use (acrobat speedups, winamp agents, office speedups etc)

Edit: oh, don't forget to check if you have enough free disk space for swap file to expand at first when enabling "windows decides)
I had this problem early this year. It made NO SENSE to me!! After going thru a lot of testing with the Support group, what it turned out to be was a bad RAM stick. I had two 512s and one of them was bad. I did a torture test on the ram.... and sure enuf... One of them was bad. I returned it and got a new one. Everything is roses now.

NCSoft support had me do this: Go to this website and download the program. Once install, go to tools and run the torture test... best to do it for long time, like when you go to bed. I did it one ram stick at a time so I could find the bad one and return it

Yes, that is also possibility for game crashes.

BTW Prime95 is very good way to test your system too.
Prime 95 is actually a tool for finding mersenne primes but uses CPU and Ram (and the parts of the motherboard between the two) in complex enough ways that it makes a great system torture test. When testing RAM with it make sure to use the "blend" torture test option as the other tests' data might fit in the CPU's cache and do very little RAM testing. Run the test for a least 12 hours (24 is better) before deciding that your system is stable.

Nice that NC Soft support suggests the right tool. :)
