Upper limits on quests for A grade gear

Once a player is signed up for the Coins Of Magic quest, it can take many levels to get all the coins needed to qualify for the Royal Member and Kail's Coins quests. Is there a level limit at which a player can no longer become a level 1 coin collector in th Coin Of Magic Quests? And are there upper limits on levels to sign up for the Royal Member and Kail's Coin quest?
There is no upper limit, the only limit you may encounter is that mobs stop drop the items, but you can still kill the lower lv mobs and get em at same rate as quest items is not drooping dependent to your lv, they just drop.
Also mind you ... this chronicle is pretty mean on coin drops :(
OK, so mobs on 60s level grounds keep dropping coins. But, if you did not accumulate 220 of each low-level coin until, say, level 65, will the NPCs still trade with you fro higher grade coins, and will NPC Sorint make you a level 2 and level 1 coin collector?
Furthermore, if you don't achieve level 1 coin collectoer until say level 65 or higher, will you still be able to get the Royal Collector and Kail's Coins quests from the NPCs? Or will they ultimately say you are too high a level to get the quest?
there is no way to be too high level for any quests in L2, coin or otherwise, the only level limits are when you can first take a quest into your list... after that you can keep farming coins until you're 80 for all the game cares
yes, you can complete it at any higher level....I am 66 and just finished off all the coin quests
OK, you can complete it at any level. But, I might not be doing a good job of explaining the 2nd part of my question. Let's say it takes you until level, say, 68, to get all 220 coins top become a level 1 collector in the Coins Of Magic quest. As far as i know, you cannot sign up for the Royal Member or Kails Coin quest until you become a level one member. So, our theoretical player has reached 68 and just made level 1 collector in Coins of Magic. And let's sup[pose that the nominal upper level for the Royal Member and Kails Coin quest is 66. Will the level 68 player be able to sign up for the Royal Member quest and Kails Coin quest, since he is above the upper limit? Or does NC have some logic built into their code that says "Poor soul. We made the drop rate so low that it took him/her forever to get the prerequisite Coin Of Magic quest completed, so we'll have pity on him/her and let the player sign up for the Royal Member and Kails Coin quest anyway. May God have mercy on his soul."?
That is my real question.
as long as you're at or above the minimum level theres no problem... you don't have to be in a specific range to get any quest. if a quest is labeled 40-45 it means you will be going after monsters between levels 40 and 45, not that you cant get the quest once you turn 46... anyone 40+ is able to get that quest, and all quests work this way
Well, I know somebody who tried to sign up for Coin of Magic quest this week. He is at level 68. The NPC let him start the quest. But after he killed the Harit Lizard, the NPC told him his level was too high. Also, I know people who tried to get the 20s level quest in Gludio for SP, in their 50s, and they couldn't even get the dialogue from the NPC to take the quest. So, I don't know about all quests, but I know there are some quests you can't really get once you pass an upper level limit. And I'm trying to find out if that is a problem for these 2 particular quests.
I had a friend that took a level 5 quest in Elven Village at level 45.

Based on that, I'd say it shouldn't be a problem.
