What are the differences in Stealth levels? I've run through mos 20x higher than myself and it still cancels aggro. Are higher stealth levels worth the SP?

3 Levels.
And stealth allows you to run at full speed already. It's Silent Step that slows you down and constantly pulls down your MP.
Maybe it nerfs your p.def and p.atk less...
