Not directly no - if you have a toon out of party, you could flag on them and have them poison you but other then that and constant B2M - there is no way that I know of.
get a weight decreasing buff and fill your inventory to 100% completely, flag when the timer on your buff is down to 10 or less and have someone poison or bleed you.... your weight bar will go to 120% or so, you will be unable to move and all regeneration will be stopped... HP, MP and CP
at least, i know this worked in C4 cause my dwarf experienced it with the preacher of doom's buff that decreases weight. poor thing was stuck with her pockets full of SS for days :p
