Ello! Just looking for a quick suggestion on where to grind solo from lvl 35 to 40. I really want my class change! Any suggestions would be nice. Thanks!
im also trying to do this again for my elf knight (38) trying hard as heck just to get raids. but the ghouls in EG are good till theyre light blue, and death pass is good if youre really patient. other then that, catacombs.

One of the easiest areas to level a melee toon 36, 37, 38 is the beehive (from dion).
Only the pig guys and wasp leaders aggro (well, brown bears/wolves but that's not the area i like as much) and except for the occasional stun from the pig guys--the best part is you don't do any running around. High concentration of mobs.
The red bears hit hard but they die quickly if you have a good weapon. The brown bears actually aggro as well but are lower and give lower exp--although they too go down easy.
Overall it's a nice collection of white and yellow mobs for those levels (though at 38 i'm pretty sure everything turns white).
I realize cata's are all the rage--i'm just saying, I like the beehive for solo lvling in high 30's for melee toons.

PS. Deathpass is great solo as well. Nothing stuns you there as far as I recall.
in addition to other's posts cruma swamp can be pretty good, the stakato drones should give decent exp till 39 or so. if that doesnt work, the higher level areas in wastelands could be nice if you know where to find them :p hmm sea of spores should be good too but im not sure on farmer status there... on my server its pretty well cleaned out >< the plains of lizardmen are 30-40 also, now THERE i've never seen a farmer probably cause they dont drop anything interesting. careful of the plains lord groups if you go there, they agro and can be nasty for some classes - or a piece of cake for others!
Death Pass and Field of Whispers/Alligator Beach (near Heine). If you do go to Heine area, load up on SS in your wh. There are no private stores there. Cruma and EG do also work, but they can be a bit tiresome by upper 30s, IMO.
Thanks for all of the feedback. I've been leveling in the Cruma Swamps from 29 til 35, I'm only getting .18% per kill now, and I'm getting rather bored and want to try something else out. I'm gonna try out that Dion Bee Hive place or Death Pass. Thanks again for the infos.
