To complete the 2nd ccq you need the appropriate start lvl,but while doing the quest you need to get a lvl higher.ex. says you need to traib more(in the middle of the 1st quest) and besides being 35 you need to get to 36 to finish it.Is it the same with the 37 and 39 quest?(do you need to get to 38 for the 37 quest and to 40 for the 3rd?)
also its usually more cost efficient to do all 3 at once, a lot of those will send you to the same places and the port fees add up :p unless of course you're walking the whole way like my first character did lmao

At the moment, each quest also gives you some Dimensional Diamonds you can use at the gatekeepers for SOE-Town scrolls.
This saves a lot of porting and walking. The first and third are kinda gimpy on the DD's but I believe the second gives you around 168 on average. For the most part it takes 8 DD's to get a scroll for Dion or higher and I think 5 for the starter towns.
If you do all 3 at once and walk/soe for the really short hops, you can save a ton of those for later, while still using what you need for the long haul ports in the quests.
