I am having a problem with one ppl that is not so Gentle when , he's talking ... I block him but the "All" chat window is always unblocked, so when i m meeting him in Towns or other places i cant do anything , isnt there any ban for bad behaviur or something ?
I really wanted to know how can i avoid things like this.
Plz give me some advices before i give his username in Public

I see this as a problem as well. There are people i would not like to talk to either. I think Nc Soft needs to make it so if you block a person you cannot see them typing at all.

Turn of all chat, besides the preachers and orators and some mistypes there is nothing in it.

if he leaves town just kill him, then offer to res him then kill him again. If you are on Erica, pm me and I will kill him, res him then kill him again ;-)

Depends on what they are saying really, I think. I have seen some very inappropriate things said in general chat. If what is being said is bad enough, OP should send a screenshot to the support address for NC. There have been bannings for inappropriate behavior and/or comments. I know a SH that got banned because of things he would put in his title. Those things had nothing to do with pretending to be a GM or anything like that, they were extremely rude remarks and comments. I even saw one nut case talking, in general chat, about running his own private L2 server and the money he would make from the "donations"! I'm quite sure that someone sent a SS of that convo to NC cause I never saw that guy in game again and up to that point I had seen him in game quite often. lol

And I don't necessarily mean having shout or general chat turned off. I mean not reading it. It's not that hard, folks. Besides, *nothing* ****** off people like that more than being ignored.
I've had people PM me (in game) stuff to try and get me ****** off or into a fight or whatever. I simply don't respond. I didn't block them either. I just let them rant on and on without a response. It's amazing how much more ****** off they get. Plus, it doesn't take any effort.

Exactly, that is why children like that are trying to annoy. Because they are being ignored by their parents and friends. Dont give them attention and they will go away.
I agree with the ignore advice--it is best way to deal with the usual "you're a NoOb!" babbling and other taunts and what-not.
If the OP is referring to actual out-and-out foul and obscene language---I ALWAYS petition that. Every single time.
To be fair, I generally pm the offender and ask them once to be considerate and cease and desist. Predictably even if I wasn't part of the disagreement I get a response back like: "censored--you! you piece of censored! I wasn't censored talking to you! **** and censored yourself"---which I include in the petition.
There's no place for that filth in a game.
If it's not vulgar then language and taunts and smack talk are best ignored. Gross Obscenity should be reported (and 'no', I'm not talking about a petition every time someone types "*****! that sob just pk'd me").
But as for having to see vulgar, longshoreman-like, shocking, filthy, profane cursing that goes on and on? If I wanted that I wouldn't pay an on-line fee to play a game---I'd just call my ex-wife.

yeah, just tell the person, this is the part where i ignore you. after some practice, you actually will be ignoring without any effort. not paying attention can be addictive.
