I'm not exactly sure if Dance of Fire is like Death Wisper or maybe more like Focus, if you are lvl 75 BD, does DoF act like Lvl 1 Focus or lvl 3 Focus? So the question is does it Scale up the higher lvl the BD is vs the Dance or it always stays the same?

DoF is like death whisper, it adds critical damage. its % based, so it raises with your P.attack, not your lvl.

Death Whisper lv2: crit. damage +40%
Death Whisper lv3: crit. damage +50%
Dance of Fire: crit. damage +50%
so, fire is a stacking extra dw3. Will be fixed in interlude. Just in case ya wanne know:
Fury: atk. speed +15%
Warrior: p.atk. +12%
Mystic: m.atk. +20%
Concentration: cast. speed +30%/chance of interruption -30%

they aren't removing the stack effect, they're lowing the buff effect so that you aren't getting such an insane bonus from the stack.
