All those stuns, and usually 3 or more mobs at a time onyou, just at floor 1 on the easiest rooms. Yes, it's good XP, but you're best to go in groups, imo.

If you are doing the quest, you will really need some help. Go Dion and ask for some help, usually someone will lend a hand. Make sure you shout you are need quest help.
I love Cruma but the exp is really no good compared to what it was in C2. I did a number of levels up in Cruma 2 before the sleep cloud nerf though, pretty decent solo exp.
Just about everything on the first floor is nastier than the 2nd, IMO.
Cruma is a blast , yeah some of the floor 1 mobs are nasty, Ricensoes (nuke hard) Shindebarn (spam a medium damage AoE aru burn) and Catheroks aoe stun, but but Floor 2 has MP drainers and Death Knights, which are highly physical resistant. AoEing the Dark Lords is great XP.

Isn't there a room with just portas? Near the Titan box?
Yes there is. Although on Bartz, it's normally got a bot party in it. I just ignore them and kill the portas. Sometimes they will even leave until your done.
If I remember correctly, when you enter Cruma you turn left, go through the first room, exiting to the right. All the way down to the end, left again, run to end turn left and Titan's box should be there on the left hand side near the end of the hallway, the entrance to the Porta room should be on the right.

That's what I did on Kain, there was some elven knight in there with 2-3 rechargers and healers, I just KS'd until I got my parts. I don't even think they were a bot, I just didn't care. :)

I had no problem asking somebody to just let me kill the number I needed for my transfer quest. To get some of the other mobs for my quest, I had to ask for help from clanmates, as the aggroes with stuns were overwhelming my Shaman in academy robes.
Yeah i found a small room which was near a titan box(took me 2 hours to find it)and it was full of portas(only portas!!)I finished the 2n quest and now all that is left is the duelist judgment:)
yea there is a room with about 8 portas in it or so...or maybe 6. once you enter floor1, turn right, left true the first room, the down the hallway (run past the room on the left side) turn left, there is a box in a corner, and there you should turn right, and there you have your room. not very hard to solo there, I never tok my buffer with me.
the room is usaly takes by normal players, 2-3 of them, none bots, at least everytime I was there for quest.
