I have a problem with the game.
when i log in with my char i can't move and do anything and there is an error.
But the error window is empty there are only 2 points and an OK button. when i press the OK button i return back to windows.

I login on my account and choose my main, then start the game. When it is finished loading, my char appears in normal surroundings and this WEIRD error look-a-like message comes up with only to dots visible in the error window. The game does not respon to anyting, but clicking the "Ok" in the error window, which takes my back to windows and exits the game!!! HELP!!!
if you haven't posted in the technical support forum, i'd go do that. There's a few other players with the same problem, it would probably be wise to add what server you were on, and add what you were doing in L2 right before it happened (or before you logged out if it was happening as you're logging in)
as for why it's happening, i got nothing. All I can say is be as specific and put in as many details as possible so that they might have an easier time to recreate the bug and figure out what's causing it

- It only affects Franz server. Players using the same acct can log into other servers
- Players choose their char at the char select screen and get into game. You are then immediately d/c'd (you can see a shout or two in town but then nothing). You see a pop up box that looks like the "You have been disconnected" box but instead you only see a couple dots.
- A friend who was on vent did report this issue to GMs so it has been reported.
All we can do is be patient and wait for NC Soft to resolve the issue.
I had this similar on hinde when using my second pc.
Its a slow pc so I had all the graphics settings low and minimal range etc.
I kept on getting disconnected when logging on with the char in the Monster Race track.
My solution was to log on to the char with my better pc and it worked first time. I then got him to Dion.
Then I changed back to the low spec pc and slightly increased the settings away from completely basic and went back to the Monster race track. He went there fine and no more problems.
This tells me there is a game requirement for graphics that is higher than the minimum spec to log on. It was fine in Dion town but the Race Track was a no no.
The pc was a 1.3amd Duron XP Pro 768meg ram and a Sapphire 9550 256 meg graphics at 4x AGP.
My main is a dual core 4800+ 2 gig 2x 7800gt graphics.
What I'm trying to say is try and change your graphics settings.
