+16 and one more question

Guys... i don't know about ALL servers, but in Divianne we have so much +16 weapon! C, B and even A and "S" grade!!! The most interesting thing is that they apper more and more often! I saw a guy with SLS*SLS +14 yesterday, now it's +16! Is there a bug? Or a luck? What do u think? And what is the situation like on other Servers?
2-nd Question. Is there any web site or maybe a program which I can download to see where I can obtain different materials or shafts etc. ? I mean I need to see where is the spoil for Plated boots parts (for example) - where can I find such info? Thank you.

Thats my goal in l2, to get a +16 weap.. havnt decided on c b or a grade yet ^^
A is cool for the flames, but c grade you can exchange for all different weapons.., and b grade.. well they got some niffty looking weapons on B grade =P

As for your second question, yes there is a website that tells you abour drop rates and places. Try the rotting trees (lvl 43) 1 in 10 chance of getting the plate boots design.

Pretty sure plated boots is drop only, no spoil.

Actually you are very wrong. We have a chap in our alliance who has made TWO +16 Carnage Bows. No joke. I wish I had his luck :cool:

its not that small chance of making a +16 weapon, the reason there are not many around is not ´cause its a small chance of making it, it´s ´cause not many can afford to fail it.

+3 -->+16 in one go is 0,5% chance. thats 200 in 1. not hard? o.O

i remeber there was a guy sitting in giran one day
his title was 0 to +16 in one go
he had a top A grade weapon glowing bright red
his shop was selling 50k of A crystals :P

the only enchant ive done since the time i blew 3 ds to get 1 +4

have you looked at the droprate latly?
just flip a coin everytime you want to oe...
My first oe was to +10 in one go. top c grade.
