Is The Library Skills bugged?

I was looking at the skills for dwarfs on this site and I noticed that Level 20 Dwarf Fighters get the Create Item Lv 2 Skill... Is this true? I thought only Dwarf Artisans can go above Create Item Lv 1? It says Dwarf Fighters can learn all the way to Lv 9 Crafts... Doesn't that allow both Bounty Hunters AND Warsmiths craft to level 9? I'm sure this isn't the case, but that's the way it is represented on the website.

Thanks~

Thats Common Craft. All classes, races get that. Only Artisans get Dwarven Craft.

OIC. Okay, thanks.
