You can use the WH freight system if they are on the same account. Find the Warehouse guy with the depsit a freightbot option, select character and put what you want in there(it is 1k per item). then take the other character to the same wh guy(has to be the EXACT same NPC and you can collect your stuff.
yes you can : it cost 1000 adenas per slot used : use the freight system in each town. Even if your 2 characters aren't in the same town, you can transfert adenas and items.
back in my day i would find a really really secret place and drop the items
i would them madly try and relog the other character to pick up and hope that the server didnt crash in the mean time
most expensive item i transfered at the time was a baghk nagk (spelled wrong im sure)
doesnt seem like much to drop a low D weapon but at the time it was about 30% of my net worth
if the toons aint on the same account, easiest way is (ex if one toon is in goddard and the other in gdion) is meet at MDT. there is no freigth system beside the one for toons on same account.
