Zubei - pdef/HP
Avadon - HP -> +Shield %
Blue Wolf - Speed/regen +STR -DEX -CON
Doom - HP -STR +CON +Breath -> +Shield %
For all of the sets, the +HP you get from those that have it is negligable for Destroyers unless you did something weird like -10 CON with tattoos.
For the two sets that give +Shield %, it is again negligable. Either you should have a 2 Handed weapon or blocking as a orc with low dex and no shield skills means your block rate is so low the extra % isn't really noticable. I have a 61 OL using the Avadon heavy set, and even with the Shield buff I have, the block rate is crap. (Only 2 less dex.)
Of the two sets that mod your stats, the first adds STR and the second takes it away. STR = Patk = Damage. So +STR = PVE and +CON is pretty much PVP. (Pretty much 90% of pvp is ranged, and what isn't is simply trying to live through the dagger special spam, thus the +CON.) In pve, hp isn't really needed...you have guts/frenzy/zealot and VR does more healing with +STR than +CON. Everything else is just makework for the healer.
I'm assuming your looking for a pve setup, from the way your question is worded, so this is the order of preference I would have....
1)Blue Wolf heavy (+STR)
2)Zubei (+Pdef)
3)Avadon (No -'s)
4)Doom (+CON)
