1. What dyes should I use on a Phantom Ranger, and a Spellsinger?

2. Are Paladins useful at all?

pr dont need tats. if you must, -4dex+2str+2con but youll die to other archers anyway.

sps is no different from any other nuker - +4int+4wit-8men+4con-4str

paladins are great at pve. so they are useful.

If you are a PR that is mostly PVE, then get a +dex tat. You will love the incerase in crit rate attack speed. Do you have a prophet or Shil Elder to buff you?

Is a BD a mage or an archer? No, and they are still very useful for Dance of Fire, Warrior and Fury.
