Questions about fishing and recipes

I wonder, is it possible to get cat ears or racoon ears by fishing?
Also, where do you get recipes for antidote, potion, GSAP, GHP, MHP etc... ?
In www.Lineage.pmfun.com (http://www.Lineage.pmfun.com) there is a recipe for cat/racoon ears, where do i get it?

Thanks!

most recipies are made by clan halls
most potions arent worth making with common craft since the mats are so hard to get and the potions are relatively cheap

So you can get racoon/cat ear recipe?

the cat and racoon or rabbit can get it by doing quest.

yea the quest is called an obvius lie. it´s the mainstory in my comic.
so keep your eyes up for when I update it for some hints in how the quest works ^^
