I came from WoW and have just started playing a couple days ago. The thing that compelled me to play this game is the PvP system, with the clan wars and castle sieges.
I currently have a lvl 15 Orc Fighter on Bartz. I talked to a clan that owns 2 castles on the server, they told me they have not been attacked in a month and a half... And I think it is that way with all the castles, since all the sieges seem to end at the same exact time.
I want to join a server where there is a huge struggle for clans holding onto their castles and constant wars between multiple clans. So if anyone would mind giving me some details about the other servers and what they have to offer. Thanks~

Sieges run on a schedule that is why they seem to end at the same time.
UR holds 3 castles, and nobody can beat them atm so nobody wars/sieges them.
Nova holds 2 castles. atm they are warring 3 clans all of which suck compared to Nova, and the 3 clans wouldn't dare showing up at a siege in fear of getting owned.
Conviction holds 2 castles and is currently warring nobody.
TD holds 1 castle and is currently warring nobody.
NoCompromise holds 1 castle and is currently warring Divinity, but since NC has so many more numbers than Divinity, divinity will not siege because they know they can't win.
About 2 months ago there were a lot of amazing sieges on bartz between several different clans. However right now Bartz is in a dull place for pvp. However Bartz, and I suspect most other servers, go through these low points. Bartz seiges will get big and bad again, but it might be a month or 2 until it happens.
This shouldn't concern you too much. At the current time you are way to low to siege anyway. Once you lvl up there is a good chance that bartz will be haveing sieges again.
oh I forgot... There aren't many siege clans out there that don't have castles... Vestige like I said is getting rolled too hard by Nova to attend a siege. KoreanPride is also getting owned by nova and screwed up and started a war with UR. IS has been in war for the past 2 years and finally enjoying peace. Aurora just split up, and both clans need to rebuild before they get siege. Legends just recently got done being destroyed by Nova, so now they need time to rebuild. 2 big clans Conviction and Proven merged to just proven, so that is y they have 2 castles, and they wont be sieging eachother.
Right now is an interesting time for bartz, but the sieges are unfortunately dull. Stay on bartz though because when we have sieges they are amazing.
Also... Bartz=NFL. Other Servers=XFL. It kinda fun for a bit, but in the end you realise it's just a bunch of scrubs running around who couldn't **** it with the big boys.
Well it's always fun hearing a Bartz chest-pounder tell you about his superior server. Having only played on Gustin and now Sieg I can't really speak for the other servers. Sieg is in a bit of a lull it seems.
Also... Bartz=NFL. Other Servers=XFL. It kinda fun for a bit, but in the end you realise it's just a bunch of scrubs running around who couldn't **** it with the big boys.

Well, we may not be the "big boys" but Lionna's got regular sieges going on. Mostly its 1 side against another, pretty cut and dried if you like that. If you aren't one of the major sides, you're background noise. Probably the closest server to Realm vs. Realm out there.
I haven't played there much, but some of the people we know that left for Franz are having a blast with the non-stop PvP there. If you like that.

Hindemith has an odd but interesting culture.
If the server decides that an alliance doesn't deserve its castles, the entire server will remove that alliance.
It's kind of cool as a study of online societies. :o
I think if a powerhouse alliance from one server were to switch to Hindemith they would run into the same thing if they felt like they could bully the server. They would have to bring over many alliances in order to help support their position.
though why anyone would want to come to li'l ol' Hindemith is beyond me when they could just as easily got to a larger more established server such as Bartz (or Teon if they were Euro)

Goddard and Dion are in constant flux. Aden and Giran are constantly under siege by multiple alliances and clans trying to cut out some of Cata's stranglehold.
Innadril and Oren are held by a slightly strong alliance.
How is this a lull? :P
P.S. Bartz is filled with people who weren't smart enough to realize that the first server would be full and constantly plagued by lag ;)
come to Lionna m8. constant sieges, hi end pvp, lots of aggro activity in general. all you have to do on your side is grind like crazy and dedicate your time in lvling up so you can be active and usefull to your clan
