hell you can even delete it after you claim noblesse.

actually when I did talk to him he said he did delevel. . but he was so close to 75 when I talked to him. . I just changed it :)

You could on the PTS, even with just 1 class you still had noblesse status.

Yes, because being 75 on subclass is only a requirement to complete the Noblesse quest. Once Noblesse, always Noblesse, no matter what.
My subclass is 74 too :P

Some don't get it legit. But a lot of the heroes on Hindemith are legit. It might be different on your server.
