Epic collection problem

hello
i receive 3 cd keys in my collection
1 is Game time card
1 Secury card
1 trial 14 days.

in upgrade only Game time Card worked
where i add Secury card code?
after i add the serial in UPDATE it doesnt show CHOOSE CHARACTER.

anyone can help?

yeah I had this problem too. still waiting to figure out why everytime I ask a question at www.plaync.com (http://www.plaync.com) it does not show up and when I send it through my husbands account, they will respond but it is not attached to his account. lol

it also says is 45 days and after i added the game time card it add only 15 days....

ok the security card is the CD key (you also get free 30 days with this and the white mask) to start a new acount. the time card is if dont use a credit. its like a free 30 days. and 15 day trial is to give to a friend if they want to try out L2.. do you already have a account with ncsoft?

yes i have account and chacacter already

The webpage is is updating sometimes bad.

- close the browser/empty cache
- login to the ncsoft master account
- click onto the account you upgraded to see the details
- in the right sid of the window you should see a additional button to add the mask

i should add secure card 1st and then game time card?

Go ahead and enter both the codes. One gives you free play time and the other will give the you button to choose what character you want to receive the mask.

The on line instructions are confusing since they only mention one card and there are two in the box. If you enter only the one that gives you free time, you will not see the button for the mask.

I wrote this up in another forum and asked them to update their instructions but it never happened.

Add both numbers using the Add Card option.

It does not matter in what order.

or i can add the mask + 45 days to my acc that i had ?

you can add both to your current account. for me at least it took a few hours after entering my information before i was able to go in and choose which character i wanted to designate for the mask. you might want to try giving it a little time before logging back in at plaync.

i added GAME CARD TIME at upgrade as it says in the info topic

but now i am not able to add the other serial
