Leveling spot for a mid 60s bh

Just got to mid 60s on my subclass, and struggling to find a good spot to lvl at.Anyone suggest a good spot? I have se/pp buffs available, and just looking for somewhere i can go when clan aren't online or whatever.
So far i've tried necro devotion, which was ok, but first rooms are gonna be blue soon, and the rest is strong pdef i think, tried vos and fotd, both too much running about and too many ranged mobs, esp fotd, the ammount of times i got rooted with 4-5 mobs hitting me:-(
Tried toi, necro marytrdom, woa, dvc, giants cave, outside goddard, beast farm and am running out of ideas.

I have pole and blunt to use, and looking for somewhere with mobs not too far apart, but not so close that i agro the whole world hitting one of them. The thing i have found in a lot of spots is that the spoil rates are low, i can go an entire buff round in woa without a spoil, even if all the spoils land.

Any help apreciated.

Beast Farm and spoil for cash. Aka A grade helmet recs. XP is not greate, but cash is quite nice.

As for XP, there is not that many places you can hunt at that lv for any good xp at all, outside goddard some 1/2 mobs is quite OK area, simple mobs.

And beast farm for cash, well, could i guess, but recs and helms dont sell that well now, made a maj helm from a rec i spoiled there, and was sitting on it for 2 weeks b4 i could sell it. Saw one today for sale in giran, maj helm 55m, prices seem to be falling fast. this is on kain btw

Price them lower than everyone else and watch them fly away. It's also nice in bringing down the costs of a helms on your server, if you find screwing around with the economy to be fun. Besides, (Hinde at least) if you sell a maj hat rec for 5m under "normal price" you still just got 28-30m for a single spoil. I can't sneeze at that.
