Nm Heavy + Trance

hey everyone, just wondering if the "sleep" resistance on the nightmare heavy set includes trance aswell? or is it just strictly sleep resistance on that thing? would be nice to know as i need it for +2 con, and trance resistance would be a big bonus aswell

yeah trance is classed as sleep
problem is it has a much much higher land rate so things like agis dont seem to have much effect
