Best gear setup for Warcryer 52+ ?

Whats the best B-grade gear for a warcryer?

Weapons? Robe/Heavy? (or both) and what sets?
It depends on your play style, as a WC can be played many ways. My recommendation: You get good buffs later than most other buffers, so you probably won't be asked to use all of your buffs in a party for a while. Overall, I think you'll be able to play with the least downtime if you get heavy armor and a high-damage or high-speed melee weapon for the next several levels. When you are soloing, go to fields with herbs, so you don't depend so much on high-mana drains to keep your health up.
For the weapon, duals, dagger, or a GS with Focus SA will work quite well.
Eventually, you will be a very valuable party buffer, and you will want robes and a high-mana weapon. But you could probably wait until you're ready to get A-grade gear to get those, unless you've just got lots of adena.
I have duals, but I am using those and while I could get A-grade duals for her, I don't see any really good A-grade duals :(

Whats a GS?

Blue Wolf Heavy would be good?
GS = Great Sword, has SA focus ;) Our clan WC in BG is in BW robe/heavy and with +8 SLS*SLS for example.

Whats a GS?

A two handed sword (http://www.lineage2.com/images/item_screens/78.jpg)

and Blue Wolf Hvy is good since you have masteries for all kind of armors and a lot of con. but your mp will suffer for wearing it since your buffs consume so much of it.
Ah, didn't consider two-handed swords, since there's no top b-grade sword, Great Sword is the low grade version.

Since you have no weapon masteries aside from the Generic ones, wouldn't a dagger be the best DPS? or will you miss too much?
low Dex on an orc = low accuracy, if you really need to assist duals or 2h are fine options.
She needs to primarily be able to solo in various areas.
WC in our clan tested out various different weapons to see which one ended up with the most damage. He discovered the best when looking at crits, misses and damage was a dagger with focus.

Admittedly this was in A grade.
Then daggers with Focus just might be the best. I am using a GS with Focus for a few levels on mine, till she is leveled with my Destroyer. She gets a lot of crits with that weapon, and it really helps. If a dagger with Focus is better overall than a GS, then yes, the OP should probably go for one of those to use when soloing. Of coures, if the OP already has duals, then he has to consider if the advantage from a dagger is worth the extra money. Maybe karliaa can tell you if the WC in his/her clan felt like the dagger had a big advantage, or a small advantage.
If I remember correctly he borrowed our clan leader's +8 focus B duals and still found the overall damage from the the dagger to be better.

The crit rate is higher on a dagger to begin with, plus the damage is split between the swords for duals but the focus may only kick in on 1 of the 2 swords.

*Note*
Being a mystic the WC doesn't get any individual weapon masteries, just an overall one, so this damage test will probably not hold true for real melee classes with dedicated masteries.
bw light + dagger w/ focus + wizard's tear w/ acu

most versatile setup. Better mp regen w/ Light, better cast speed than the heavy, p def slightly less.

that is my suggestion
hey iv got a 55 WC a lil low on money but i went with a ava robe set and sheild with a AOBA +3 w/ health and i do pretty good 3k hps and decent damage out put and if u toss on war cry u own... Soloing in north ivroy tower cematary and FP is pretty easy other than we are stun mags... but biggest thing is what are u going to do more ofton like are u soloing/pvping/partyd ??
For testing, the only thing I could of gotten my hands on was a best A dagger+crit power. Difference between it and GS+10 (patack of dragon slayer) the difference wasnt big, 1.2% vs 1.4% per buffround or so. The testo was done on WC 70, celfbuffed in FotD.
That could be cos crit anything sucks hehe
Wana give me a BO+focus dagger? :P
Im on Lionna.
Umm.... sure! *hides under her lampshade on Hinde*

She needs to primarily be able to solo in various areas.

Hello fellow WC. I am also at B-grade, so I will share my experience so far with you. First of all, WC need to fill many and different roles. Due to this, the various setups sometimes contradict each other. A WC PvE like a melee and PvP as a mage. So, when you say you will mostly solo (and I assume not PvP) you help narrow down the options. A WC soloing in PvE means only heavy armor. The best options would be BW heavy (due to the +3 STR) and zubei’s as a more affordable set. If PvP gets into consideration BW light is the best option by far (I think that some WC use it even up to A-grade)
Weapon wise now, your options are a high damage output weapon with high crit. rate since you have buffs that help you benefit from this. So it comes down to duals (tsurugi*SLS), 2-hand sword (great sword) or dagger (kris), all with focus SA. If you would go dagger though, you should have dyes for +3DEX or more, due to you generic all-classes low DEX. And you should also check the overall result in conjunction with your armor set (if it affects stats). In general, I would recommend duals or 2-hand sword up to 56. On this level, you get the second level of chant of fury. This boosts your attack speed and in conjunction with the dagger’s high attack speed and critical rate, it compensates any problem of low accuracy (high number of misses).
WC has some great melee buffs but they cost a lot of MP. If you decide to fully buff yourself (I do), I suggest carrying either extra robes (don’t have to be set, just top-bottom) or a low c-grade weapon with mana-up (+30% mana) or conversion (+60% mana, -40%HP) SA. Robes are cheaper, weapon is lighter, your choice. If you decide to carry a weapon, choose a blunt (stick of faith, mace of the underworld) since they can be used for the hammer crush skill.
