HK's lvl 78 skill Physical Mirror

Physical Mirror - A shield power that reflects back buffs/de-buffs one receives from physical skill attacks. An equipped shield is required to use this skill.

I need help with the above definitions. Can some one tell me what type of physical skills gives you buffs or de-buffs. I was thinking that buffs or de buffs where done by magic and not by physical hits. Again can some one explain?

skills like arrest or shield stun are physical debuffs

For example Sting and Arrest are both physical skills that debuff (Bleed/Hold), maybe it helps against them, dunno.
